Welcome to the Quick Start Guide.  In this brief document I’ll outline how you can get Agares Auto-Attendant up and running in just minutes.

1. Downloading & Installation

First things first, you’ll need to download and install the program.  Here are full download and installation instructions.

2. Running for the First Time & Activation

The first time you run Agares Auto-Attendant, you will need to activate the program.  Here are full instructions for unlocking the program.

3. Allowing Agares Auto-Attendant to Access Skype

Obviously for Agares Auto-Attendant to work, it will need to have access to Skype.  However, for security reasons, Skype requires that all programs be manually approved before it will allow them to connect.  If you’ve never done this before, you should check out the instructions for attaching to Skype here before proceeding.

4. Setting up your Auto Attendant.

To use Agares Auto-Attendant, you’ll need to create a “menu”  This menu will contain an unlimited amount of sub-menus that will allow people who call to navigate through the menu structure by pressing buttons on their touch-tone phone.  Instructions on creating your first menu are here.  An introduction to the user interface can be found here.
