In order to use Agares Auto-Attendant, you will have to first give the program permission to access Skype.  The first time you use Agares Auto-Attendant, you should see a request like this:

You should then click the text that says: “Click here to accept/deny.”  This should bring up Skype and present something like this to you:

You should then click on AgaresAutoAttendant.exe which will bring up a window similar to this:

You should click “Allow this program to use Skype” radio button and then click the OK button.  Doing this allows Agares Auto-Attendant to work with Skype and is required for use.
